Young and coffee in varying degrees, Kat also says stuff @ThoroughlyMode

Walking into Browns on a hot summer afternoon is like you might imagine walking into the bar of a British hotel in some remote part of the Commonwealth might have been like. There are more palms and plants than in most bars and a lot more brass.

Browns does food, everything from brunch to bar snacks to three course meals, and of course wine and beer, but its menu is largely taken up with cocktails (well they take a lot longer to describe for one.). And the cocktails make it seem even more like you might be sipping and supping in the last days of the raj.

They do all the classic cocktails as well as their own twists and signature drinks: try a Pisco Sours, or a Cucumber and Elderflower Collins.

Sometimes it's nice to know what you're getting, which is why people appreciate chains. Browns is a chain, but each of its bar/ restaurants is different enough from each other to make them still feel like their own establishment.
