Now, however, has become one of the most popular family outings on the Gold Coast due to the new constructions and addition of different features and attractions.

Located adjecent to Southport Beach and opposite Marina Mirage, it is in one of the more adventureous locations with a variety of sights and places to skip from and to.

There is a swimming pool which has been made by cutting off parts of the surrounding oceans with a large barrier to make it safe for people and children to swim in. Along with that, there are around 2 or 3 playgrounds which have been constructed for many families to join in the fun and have their children change their playing locations so you can never get sick of the same place over and over.

The beachside has been turned into a beautiful walking area with different statues, monuments and seats for resting or gazing out into the ocean with your partner or yourself for a relaxing afternoon or morning walk.

Finally there are different barbeques located in various spots for the whole family to enjoy a day out and every day. For tourists, there is the Tourist Park where you can see details on bookings for hotels, motels and caravans and more information on the area.
