A great way to enjoy our City's River is on one of these easy 1 & 1/2 hour Brisbane River Cruises, which depart twice daily from South Bank Parklands at 10.30am or 12.30pm.

Your on board seat entitles you to learn a little about the city's colourful history and hear some of the local legends from your Cruise Captain, while he/she spins out some stories from the past.

Complimentary morning tea will be served up on the morning cruise, however if joining the lunch cruise you have the option to buy lunch and drinks on board.

Alternatively, if you have a bit more time on your hands there is another option allowing you to hop on and then off at Brisbane Creek's Newstead House precinct. With this option you get to disembark and wander around the beautiful grounds of Newstead House or instead, pop over the road to the iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel for one of their famous steaks.
Note: This tour is only available for the 10.30am departures.

Your itinerary for this option includes arriving at Newstead approximately 11.15am and departing again at 1.15pm.

So now, if you're keen to go here is the rest of what you 'need to know'.

Boarding pass rates are;
Adult $25
Seniors $20
Child $15
Family $60 (for 2 adults and up to 3 children under 15 yrs)
[Prices are subject to change at anytime]

Note: these cruises depart with a minimum number of 6 people, therefore make sure you check with them their departure status at the time of booking. Alternatively grab some friends to make up the minimum number and board together with confidence of a guaranteed departure.

Your cruise liner is the vessel, M V Neptune, purpose built on the Brisbane River as a tourist vessel.

Special occasion cruising.
If you have a function or group wanting to celebrate together, how about booking this ferry for a fun time. You get to cruise the waterways with great views, enjoy selected food options with great company and all in this cosy environment. Book and enquire online for functions.

For your morning or lunch cruise, you can generally just turn up at the ferry departure point and hop on. If it is close to Christmas however, you might want to just make a 'phone call' to ensure that there isn't a function booking and you can 'step aboard'.
