Brasserie Bread love bread, and all aspects of it. They not only have stockists all over Sydney, but there is also a friendly cafe where you can get tasty food, and classes where you can become a master baker in your own right. So if you love bread, in any of its many forms, chances are you'll love Brasserie Bread.

The Brasserie Bread Bakery Café & Retail shop is a great place to head if you want to enjoy some baked goods, or if you need to pick up some bread for later. The café has won various awards, and is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. At the cafe you can enjoy delicious pastries, gourmet sandwiches, all with a cup of coffee. You can also enjoy watching the bakers at work through the glass viewing gallery. Kids especially will love watching these breads and pastries crafted right before their eyes.

As well as the café, the retail shop is a great place to pick up some quality ingredients. You can purchase a range of home made relishes or jams, as well as muesli and olive oils. The retail shop also stocks a good range of cookbooks, perfect for the aspiring baker or chef. If you enjoyed your coffee at the café, you can even bring some of the fresh Allpress coffee beans home. Of course there is also the delicious range of Brasserie Bread products for you to choose from.

The range consists of a large collection of breads and pastries, and they aim to produce true artisan breads. Perhaps the most famous option is the Organic Sourdough loaves, but there are other specialty breads that are baked using high quality ingredients and no preservatives. If you're after something a bit sweeter then you might enjoy some of the cakes, pastries, and tarts available. Try sweet french breads like brioche, or croissants and pain au chocolate. For the real indulgence choose from the chocolate caramel tart, friends, chocolate brownies, cupcakes, or a rhubarb and frangipane tart.

If you're impressed by the freshly baked breads on offer, you might be inspired to start your own creations. Brasserie Bread can help you out with this too, with their extensive baking classes on offer. There are specialised baking courses for you to choose from, each giving you different skills to create different baked goods. They even offer baking classes for kids. You can join up for school holiday baking classes, or take advantage of free children's baking classes. These classes book up quickly, so don't be surprised if there is a wait before you can get your kids into one of the free classes. You could also organise for your school to take an educational and fun excursion through the Brasserie Bread factory.

If you can't make it to the café and retail store, you will still have the opportunity to pick up some Brasserie Bread products. There is a stockists map on the website, that will direct you to stores all over Sydney that stock the products. If you've got a big order, or don't have time to stand around choosing, you can even order online from the website and pick up your goods on your nominated pick up date.

So if you're a fan of freshly baked bread, then head to the Brasserie Bread Café and Retail Store. Experience their passion for delicious bread, and also develop your own passion for good food.

Try their chai tea - it's a good blend of spices. They serve the tea pot with a big cup sprinkled with cinnamon - yummy!
