Ever wanted to capture Melbourne's iconic buildings and laneways with all the vivid colours and keep that moment forever? St Kilda Artist Rita Analise has managed to do exactly that through her professional Nikon camera, using solely natural light.
Analise's incredible art work will be on display at the Blueherring pop up exhibition, a mini-exhibition and retail stand for photographic artwork with Melbourne as the subject.
Artwork focuses on architecture, Melbourne's illustrious laneways packed with street art, and other iconic scenes. View prints of Flinders Street Station during dusk and dawn, and even throughout White Night, Melbourne's annual light festival at night.
All photographs on display have been photographed by Rita Analise purely using natural light, without coloured filters or flash. The stunning visual displays of light and colour seen in her photographs are a result of repeat visit to locations during dusk and dawn. It is during these times when you are most likely to experience what Rita Analise likes to call 'magic light'. Usually it only lasts for a matter of minutes or sometimes even seconds, but when it happens she is there, ready and waiting to capture it. (Source:

Alongside the gallery, there is also a retail stand with opportunity to purchase Analise's unique memories and moments of Melbourne for your own love of Melbourne or as a thoughtful gift. Melbourne moments will be available printed on quality cards, calendars and fridge magnets. There will also be limited edition prints, canvases, and other one-off artworks for sale.
