The moderately priced menu at Hellenic Republic features a range of traditional Greek dishes, such as Melitzana Papoutsakia (baked eggplant), Arni sto fourno (slow roasted shoulder) and Kotopoulo psistaria (Bannockburn free range chicken from the spit).
