I joined all the groups except McDonalds, I could not find how to join the Birthday club online???

Hello! I liked this article, thanks for posting. However I couldn't find any mention on McDonalds Australia's website about the Birthday Club so contacted them. They told me they don't have one. Was this something specific to a franchise Maccas store maybe - ie. something that not all the network has?
