Must Try Cafes in West End
Who doesn't like a good coffee shop? Having lived in West End for the last six months, I have grown truly fond of this quirky place. Its fusion of cultures and mix of eccentric and vintage really does translate into its' cafes and restaurants.
Being such a breakfast and coffee lover myself, I have compiled a list of my favourite spots here in West End linking in reviews from my fellow
Brisbane WeekendNotes writers. Please feel free to share, like or comment on my article if you have found it useful.
Plenty Café
284 Montague Rd, West End QLD 4101
This is a fairly new eco-conscious café that serves a great breakfast full of fresh local produce and superb coffee. The eggs are always cooked to perfection.
Gunshop Café
53 Mollison St, West End QLD 4101
Renowned for its famous breakfasts, Gunshop is definitely one of the most popular cafes in West End.
Depo
16 Horan St, West End QLD 4101
With a quirky fun vibe to its nature, Depo is a trendy and certainly unique place to meet for breakfast.
The Three Monkeys Coffee & Teahouse
58 Mollison St, West End QLD 4101
This is the corner café at the heart of West End full of delicious cakes and yummy coffee with a laid back friendly atmosphere. One of my favourite pit stops after a long day at work too.
West End Coffee House
80 Vulture St, West End QLD 4101
A charming little coffee spot in West End that serves a different kind of breakfast. What sets it apart is the exciting flavours that it offers with a fusion of Thai and Australian on its menu. Not to mention, the coffee is also great.
This is just a brief list of my favourite spots but if anyone knows of other famous must try cafes in West End please leave a comment below.
