When you think of Sydney's thriving beach culture, one cannot help but think of the world famous Bondi Beach. However, I am sure there is much more to Sydney's beaches than Bondi. For example there is Coogee Beach, which is popular with backpackers, Bronte Beach, a great spot for families and of course, the well known Manly Beach, which is easily accessible by ferry from the Sydney CBD.

Manly Beach

At Weekend Notes we have reviewed quite a number of New South Wales beach locations, including Sirius Cove Beach, Congwong Beach, Garie Beach, Narrabeen Beach, Tamarama Beach, Milk Beach and many, many more.

But now we would like to hear from you. If you have a favourite beach spot in New South Wales, simply leave comment; tell us where it is and why it makes the grade.

Beautiful clean ,for swimming and board riding . Heaps to see and do. Great Restuarant. A great walk from Queenscliffe to Shell Beach ,taking in one of the best spots and views in Sydney.

Balmoral Beach, private, not so many tourists but there are nice coffee and restaurants. Good for beach walking, swimming, and family fun.

Theres so many, I like Palm Beach for one reason and manly for another. Curl Curl or Bondi on different days for different reasons. :)
