Where's the Best Allergy Friendly Cafe in Melbourne?

Having food intolerances often makes going out to cafes and restaurants challenging. I often sift through the breakfast menu salivating at the thought of pancakes, bircher muesli and all the other goodies on offer only reach the very bottom of the menu that says toast (gluten free available for $2 extra) and more often than not, it's the only thing I can find on a menu that's gluten, fructose and dairy free. Not the most exciting diet by anyone's standards but sometimes it's just nice to get out to a cafe where you're not limited to one or two choices without having to go and chat with the staff about what ingredients are in the food and if they could adjust the dish accordingly to suit your allergies. Personally, I don't like to make a fuss and I'm sure many of you don't either so my question is Where is the best allergy friendly cafe?
