I have always loved the Disney film, Beauty & the Beast, and when I heard it was being re-released in cinemas, I literally jumped for joy!

I called my closest friends and we arranged to see it. We purchased our tickets online, so when we walked into the lobby, our tickets and 3D glasses were ready and waiting for us to collect them.

The popcorn was warm, the screen was large and the seats were comfy. After listening to some pleasant music in the background and some light chit chat, the lights dimmed and the short film 'Tangled Ever After' began to play. It was an hilarious and an extremely sweet appetiser to our main viewing course.

Then a message came on the screen, informing us to put on our 3D glasses and the film began. It was even more stunning in 3-D and really brought my friends and I back to our childhoods. I especially loved how the dense forest scenes were really brought to life - right off the screen!

After the film, to truly add something special to our outing, we found a table with little booklets titled Beauty & the Beast 3-D, which included a blurb and even a colouring-in page.

All in all, I really recommend the Disney re-release of Beauty & the Beast 3D.
