I totally recommend 'The New Yorker' filled with salmon, cream cheese, capers, greens and red onions, it really hits the spot!
The West Sider' is another favourite of mine; filled with avocado, cream cheese, ham and the yummiest honey mustard.
Beans & Bagels also offer a selection of other breakfast/brunch type meals such as pancakes or eggs benedict – both of which I have tried and again, both of which I give the big thumbs up.
Beans & Bagels manufacture their bagels on site and do not add any oils, fats or preservatives to their recipe, which is a plus for the health conscious.
And for those watching their weight, the plain variety of bagels on offer are 99% fat free which means you can indulge without feeling guilty.
