After a break in 2012 the Barwon Heads Primary School Fair is back this Saturday (Easter weekend), and promises to be bigger and brighter than ever.

The day's activities will kick off with the starter's gun signalling the beginning of the Sheepwash Classic Fun Run. There are two course lengths, with a 4km and 8km run along what has been described as one of the most visually appealing running courses in Victoria. Prospective runners will need to get their sneakers into gear and register online by Wednesday 27th March here .

The Easter Fun Fair is an Easter Saturday tradition at the local primary school, and remains the main fundraiser for the year. All the fun will begin at 10.00am and continue until 4.00pm. Whatever the weather, Barwon Heads PS will become the community hub for the day, and your patronage will help provide local kids with new playground equipment and a sand pit.

Live music from great local musicians such as Sarah Carroll and Jono Amey, carnival rides, magic show and workshops, vintage devonshire tea, cakes and preserves, bike racing, kids zone, coffee, gourmet food, trash and treasure, animals, sweets, games and more.

Alongside the fair festivities the RT Edgar Art Show will occupy the school Hall, from Thursday 28th March until Saturday 30th March. The show features works by Bellarine's most loved professional artists alongside many talented amateurs.
