Bar 77 at the Grace Hotel on York Street is the perfect place to find yummy cocktails in the centre of Sydney. Their cocktails are totally delicious and will keep everyone in your group happy and coming back for more.
It is close to Town Hall station and boasts a very impressive cocktail menu. They have all the standard cocktails and a fair few unusual ones- like a Princess Sophia. Don't forget to ask the bar staff for more as they often have cocktails not listed on their menu. Did I mention that all of the cocktails I have tried there have been delicious? The problem is deciding which one to try next.
It does close a little early at around 10pm. But this can make for a nice relaxing drink after work on a Friday or a great starter for a bigger night out on Saturday.
Their cocktails are reasonably priced at around $15 on average. They also have a finger food and snacks menu, which offers the standard bar food, such as chips, nachos and tapas, that are a cut about average.
Bar 77 has a cosy atmosphere with some very comfortable chairs. I have found it to be uncrowded and not terribly noisy at the times I visited, which allowed me and my friends to enjoy our drinks and each others company without feeling uncomfortable.
