Banyan Tree Ungasan in Bali is best known for offering guests the old-world Balinese charm blended with the highest quality of modern living. To delight guests, the resort is presenting an exclusive Spanish culinary experience with Michelin Star Chef Diego Campos at its award-winning Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant presents. Chef Diego is the owner of one Michelin star Rincon de Diego restaurant in Cambrils.

You can enjoy a gastronomic dining experience featuring a five-course set menu dinner or a tapas menu by Chef Diego. Each course will showcase modern Spanish cuisine with traditional influences. Some of the menu items include fresh local Bamboo lobster with Spanish cold tomato soup, pears in cava and red wine and slow cooked veal with pumpkin puree and vegetable tissues.

The dinner also features a selection of quality Spanish wines including Valdubon Honoris, the very best red wine from Ribera del Duero and Morlanda red wine, produced in good vintages from the oldest vineyards high in the hills of Priorat.
