Chinese chive dumplings or Gui Chai Ga Tiam are commonly found in street stalls, food courts and markets around Bangkok. A local favourite, these doughy cakes made from rice flour and stuffed with chives are delicious steamed or fried and dipped in a thin sweet soy sauce. A cheap local snack costing only THB15 to THB20.
