Asparagus and Haloumi Salad Recipe

The weather's warming up. It's time to delve into the bottom of the utensil drawer and pull out the salad servers. There are so many salad recipes out there but this one is easy to make, has only a few ingredients and will make those who generally steer clear of greens want more.[ADVERT]
Ingredients:
4 bunches of asparagus
1 block of haloumi cheese
4 tablespoons of pine nuts
1/2 a lemon cut into wedges
8 tablespoons of sesame oil
What to do:
1/ Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
2/ Heat 4 tablespoons of sesame oil in a frying pan.
3/ Place the asparagus in the frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat or until bright green, tender and crisp.
4/ Remove the asparagus from the frying pan and place on a serving platter.
5/ Cut the haloumi up into bite sized chunks.
6/ Pour the remaining sesame oil into the frying pan.
7/ Cook the haloumi in the frying pan over medium heat for one minute or until golden.
8/ Remove haloumi from the heat and spoon onto the asparagus.
9/ Sprinkle with pine nuts.
10/ Garnish with lemon wedges.
