Asiafest has just announced a big return to Adelaide for 2015. The food and cultural festival was a great hit last year with fantastic positive response from vendors and patrons alike. This year Asiafest will be extended to run over ten days from October 2nd-11th at Rymill Park in Adelaide CBD. With 20,000 people attending last year's festival over just two days, organisers are expecting numbers to grow significantly.

Once again patrons will have the chance to journey through China, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea and Japan with more than twenty of Adelaide's best restaurants serving up scrumptious eats. It promises great street ambience, exotic food, exciting and educational activities and just an all round great outing for everyone including children.

This year's Melting Pot will also take festival goers through the back streets of Hong Kong. Expect oriental markets full of retail stands, Asian grocers, fruit and veg stalls and seafood shops all set up in a traditional food court and bar setting.

A new children's program that is educational and fun will be introduced this year to provide an opportunity to learn about the diversity of Asian cultures. School holidays also coincide with this year's Asiafest so it will be a great opportunity.

If you didn't get a chance to go to Asiafest last year, read about it here to have a glimpse into what you can experience.
