Art Sydney is back in town this weekend at the Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park. With 80 Australian and international galleries showing off their wares, it's the biggest concentration of squiggly lines since the Mr Squiggle convention.

"[There will be an] extensive range of art to buy from 100's of artists from contemporary to traditional, emerging artists to investment pieces.

The fair's relaxed, accessible environment invites both first-time buyers and seasoned collectors to seek out hot new artists and to browse the thousands of paintings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, indigenous works and works on paper, including limited edition prints."


Art Sydney is definitely worth the time and effort even if you don't want to buy. No matter what your taste in art, you are almost guaranteed to find something that tickles your fancy given the sheer number of pieces on display.

Tickets are $20 at the door, with a $50 gala preview on Thursday night.
