The ancient Greek physician Hypocrates, who is known as the father of modern medicine, considered Apple cider vinegar with honey to be a cure for all. There are countless uses for it and I strongly recommend drinking it daily for overall health. A note to make is that there is a filtered apple cider vinegar used for cooking, however the one you need for health purposes is the unfiltered kind containing the "mother of vinegar" which is found in most health specialist stores. Depending on your location, there can be several brands, all are good as long as they contain the mother of vinegar. The Bragg's brand is considered by most the best one.
Apple cider vinegar can be used to treat acne, allergies, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, diabetes, cold and flu, sore throats, gout, heart burn, high cholesterol, strengthen the immune system and as a weight loss aid.
Apple cider vinegar contains high amounts of vitamins and minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur, copper, iron, fluorine, vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B6, P and beta carotene. As well as containing enzymes that facilitates bodily functions.
Although it is an acidic substance, it is known to have an alkalizing effect on the body, and therefore helps balance the Ph of the body since most of the food we eat is acidic.
How to use it: It is very easy, simply add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of water and drink it once a day. Now unfortunately it tastes quite bad and really sour, so I recommend adding a tablespoon of honey with it, which adds even more health benefits as well.
Personal experiences: Just 1 week after I started drinking it I noticed improvements in my overall health, I felt more energetic, my skin cleared up, I stopped getting pimples, I felt happier and just better overall.
Now I've been drinking it every day for over two years, my skin looks healthy all the time, I almost never get pimples (I used to get big breakouts before). One big thing I noticed is how much stronger my immune system is now. Before I would get sick typically 3 times a year and it would last for 2 whole weeks. Now I practically don't get sick, I might catch a cold once a year, and even then I don't get a sore throat or a blocked runny nose, the only thing I feel is a fever and lethargy.
