Adventure Parc (
corner of Cedar Creek Road and Tamborine Mountain Road, North Tamborine) is a military commando themed playground spread over 9 acres of rainforest in Mount Tamborine. Created by Denis Payan in France fifteen years ago, the park is perfect for families, parties and fitness expeditions.
There's loads of climbing, balancing and jumping fun to be had here. Scale ladders and trees, cross bridges, swing along on the flying fox and climb walls as you develop sporting skills and improve your co-ordination. There are more than 80 different activites to enjoy and high ropes courses offering three different levels of fitness.
All games take place two to twenty metres from the ground, with participants attached to safety harnesses at all times. Activities include 11 flying foxes (from 5 to 125 metres long), swings, climbing walls and balancing bridges.
Adventure Parc is open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am - 5pm on weekends and public holidays, although they do not admit anyone after 3pm. Discounts apply for group and mid week bookings. Your admission fee includes safety equipment (harness, gloves and overalls) and access to qualified supervisers. Participants must wear closed in shoes.
