Adelaide Shores Caravan Park

If you are looking for somewhere different to holiday this year then why not book a few days or a few weeks at Adelaide Shores Caravan Park? This park is very popular not only with tourists but with Adelaide locals too. Why drive for hours to get to a nice holiday spot when you can stay so close to home, especially if you are not a huge fan of travel?

The park has several levels of accommodation ranging from 4 star deluxe cabins to caravan and camping sites. Accommodation for larger groups is also available - up to 55 people in fact. They also have the Eco-tents, which are a stylish upmarket version of your standard tent.

Amenities include 4 shower/toilet blocks, baby change facilities, 3 laundries, 2 heated pools, 1/2 court tennis and 2 playgrounds.
The park also has a games room where you can hire DVD's, play the coin operated arcade games, or gain access to internet points.

If it's fresh air you want, then hire one of the pedal powered go-karts or bicycles. Other nearby activities include a golf course so there's no excuse for not keeping on top of your game.
Overall a great place to stay, even just for a short break away from it all.

This is such a great place to visit, especially with kids. I've been there before with my four nieces (ranging from 1 to 9 at the time) and they always have such a great time.

Plenty of space for the kids to run around or ride their bikes, and the other activities like hiring go-carts are heaps of fun. Although I think that their favourite thing is the jumping pillow! It's lots of fun for adults and kids.

There are also some great hills to roll down, I'm only to aware of this. Great recommendation Sara!

If rolling down hills is your forte Natasha then try Montefiore Hill at North Adelaide, but in summer with the big solid ice blocks. We used to do this years ago and Im not even sure if you can buy ice like that any more but omg we had some fun doing that. You just sit on the ice and slide! I take no responsibility for injuries though!! Try at your own risk, but oh what fun.
