Pat and Stick's ice cream sandwiches come in nine different flavours - from Vanilla Lace right through to Mochaccino. We eventually settled on the Caramel Pecan and it tastes just as good as it sounds.

Containing salted caramel ice cream made by hand and sandwiched between home baked pecan studded biscuits. The crumbly biscuits contrast beautifully with the creaminess of the ice cream. Some may call it ice cream decadence, I say this is ice cream perfection.
