Nestled on the foreshore between the Great Eastern Highway and the Swan River is a long and narrow stretch of parkland known as .

Established to commemorate the sister city relationship between Belmont in Perth and Adachi in Japan this park provides a sense of calm and tranquility which contrasts with the bustling sounds of the noisy traffic driving nearby.

The park has a playground, gazebo, picnic table and benches and is a scenic spot for a quick lunch with the bonus of river views nearby.

The path that traverses the park takes you over bridges, through Japanese styled archways and manicured gardens.

If you have a larger group, there is a huge shelter which you can use as a base. History of the two sister cities adorn the walls which make for interesting reading if you have the time.

Being close to the city, this park is popular with city workers and their 'find 30' exercise. The scenic path makes the run or walk more interesting.

Kids will also enjoy the walk and the challenge of hopping over stepping stones, running along curved panelled paths and walking over bridges.
